Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy

At Gypsy Apparel, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple.

Returns (30 Days)

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must meet the conditions below.

Exchanges & Store Credit (60 Days)

Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges or store credit within 60 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Returns that don’t meet these conditions won’t be accepted:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any marks.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on socks, underwear, face masks, or water bottles.

Shipping

Returns requested within 10 days of delivery are eligible for free return shipping.
After 10 days, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us with photos and we’ll organise a replacement or full refund at no cost.
