Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy

At Gypsy Apparel, we aim to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Whether you need a different size, prefer another color, or are not fully satisfied for any other reason, our return and exchange policy is designed to make your shopping experience worry-free.

30-Day Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Please note, handling fees may apply for refunds.

60-Day Exchanges and Store Credits

If you need a different size or just prefer another color, we offer exchanges and store credits for items returned within 60 days from the date of delivery, free of charge.

Health and Hygiene Products

For health and hygiene reasons, some products including socks, briefs, face masks, and water bottles are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit due to change of mind or incorrect sizing

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
  • Items must be free from scents such as perfume, deodorants, or make-up and have all original tags attached.
  • Returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Shipping and Processing

Shipping

For returns and exchanges initiated within 10 days of delivery, Gypsy Apparel covers the return shipping costs. Contact our customer support team for a prepaid return shipping label. Items must be sent back promptly to ensure they arrive at our warehouse within the specified timeframe.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving your return and verifying it meets our conditions, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a return, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
